AWKA (CONVERSEER) – Professor Charles Soludo has been elected as the Governor of Anambra State for the second time.
Soludo was elected under the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) during the November 8, 2025 governorship election in Anambra.
The Governor commended the Federal Government and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in what he termed “a credible election.”
He promised to work with all parties.

Number of registered voters = 2788864
Accredited number of voters = 598229
ADC = 8,208
APC = 99,445
APGA = 422,664 (Winner)
LP = 10,576
PDP = 1,401
YPP = 37,753
Total valid votes = 584054
Rejected votes = 11244
Total votes cast = 595298
