Chiemeka Chibuzor, daughter of Pastor Chibuzor Chinyere, founder of OPM

More than 1,100 applications have been received from men expressing interest in marrying the adopted autistic daughter of Apostle Chibuzor Chinyere, founder of Omega Power Ministries (OPM).
Disclosing this in a Facebook post on Thursday, Pastor Chibuzor said he has suspended the planned marriage of his 21-year-old his daughter, Chiemeka Chibuzor, following an overwhelming response from prospective suitors.
He explained that the process had been halted pending further directives.
“Chiemeka Chibuzor’s wedding is hereby suspended,” the cleric wrote.
“More than a thousand applications. No more weddings, pending further directive from me, HRM King, Apostle Chibuzor Gift Chinyere.”
Earlier in the week, the pastor had publicly announced an offer of financial incentives and welfare guarantees to any man willing to marry his daughter. He also outlined specific conditions for prospective suitors, noting that applicants must be young and “physically and mentally fit in all forms.”
According to him, the proposed benefits included lifetime financial support, free housing for life, a jointly owned property in both spouses’ names, and periodic unannounced visits by OPM staff to monitor the welfare of the woman.
The development comes shortly after a similar initiative by the cleric, in which he facilitated the marriage of a non-verbal autistic man, known as Aboy, to an older woman. The ceremony was held on March 29 and attracted significant public attention.
