RABAT (CONVERSEER) – Les Léopards of the Democratic Republic of Congo have beaten the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon in Rabat, Morocco, in the CAF FIFA World Cup qualifiers playoff.
The match ended Cameroon 0-1 DR Congo, thanks to a 90+1-minute goal from Chancel Mbemba.
Cameroon, the most capped team for Africa in the FIFA World Cup, won’t be in next year’s finals.

The win means the DRC will meet Nigeria in the final CAF playoff match on Sunday.
Recall that Nigeria defeated Gabon 4-1 after extra time earlier to set up this clash.
