ABUJA (CONVERSEER) – A Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) operational vehicle has crushed a female officer in Abuja.
According to a video shared by SaharaReporters on X on Saturday, the incident happened during the show of force parade in Abuja.
Converseer learned from the video that two operational vehicles were set for a show-off parade. Immediately the one in front was filled with officers, and it zoomed off.

Just a few seconds from kick off, one of the officers, a female, from the passenger side fell off, and the vehicle climbed over her.
The crowd started shouting and the vehicle stopped. An ambulance immediately drove in, and the van was lifted up by other officers. The affected officer was then pulled out and taken into the ambulance as she received first aid.
At the time of filing this report, she was badly injured, from head to toe. She looks pained and is in critical condition.
The Corps is yet to release a statement regarding the incident.
