FLORIDA (CONVERSEER) – Erik Martindale, a registered nurse in Florida, is under fire after saying he won’t administer anaesthesia for Republicans undergoing surgery and believes that’s his right and is ethical.

“I will not perform anesthesia for any surgeries or procedures for MAGA. It is my right, it is my ethical oath, and I stand behind my education. I own all of my businesses and I can refuse anyone!” – Martindale’s Facebook post read.

“He needs to be fired and stripped of his license immediately,” the account added in another post, tagging The Florida Nursing Board (@FLNursingBoard).

Note that Erik Martindale does not and has never worked for UMiami Health Systems. He did attend the University of Miami years ago, which is probably why he put their logo in this image found on his Facebook account.
