CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – As a deliberate effort aimed at addressing the housing crisis in the shelter ecosystem, Nerz & Zadok Property Limited, a Lagos-based real estate firm with over 15 years of proven industry experience, has unveiled its flagship housing project in Calabar, the Nerz Garden Estate.

Commissioning the project, the Chairman of Akpabuyo Local Government Area, Hon Effiom Bassey, praised the developers for choosing the area and pledged the full support of his administration toward achieving the goal of addressing the growing demand for affordable housing in the state, particularly in Calabar.

The Nerz Garden Estate comprises a mix of duplexes, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom, totalling over 100 housing units, all en suite and designed to meet modern living standards, underscoring the developer’s commitment to affordability, inclusivity and planned residential living.
