INDIANA (CONVERSEER) – An American in the State of Indiana named Mark Zuckerberg has sued Facebook for continually disabling his accounts for impersonation of Mark Zuckerberg, Meta CEO.

He said he doesn’t use Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook’s picture but his own picture, and while his full name is Mark “S” Zuckerberg, the Facebook CEO is Mark “E” Zuckerberg, where E stands for Elliot.

He said his Facebook accounts have been disabled 5 times in 8 years causing him huge business losses.

Facebook has apologised and promised to take steps to recognise his account as genuine and not impersonating its CEO so that it won’t be disabled going forward.

He’s suing Facebook for the right to use Mark Zuckerberg as his name without losing his account.
