Made in Nigeria assault rifle pictures surface online

ABUJA (CONVERSEER) – First pictures of made in Nigeria assault rifles have emerged online as the country steps up weapons production locally to counter insecurities.
Manufactured by Defence Industries Corporation of Nigeria (DICON), the rifles include the OBJ-006, NR1, and others like BM 59.
DICON is a state-owned entity, fully owned and operated by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Ministry of Defence.
This is coming when the country is hit with insecurity in the North, South, East and West.
