CALIFORNIA (CONVERSEER) – Singer Katy Perry is suing 85-year-old, dying, disabled veteran, Carl Westcott, demanding he pay $5 million in a property dispute.
The lawsuit comes several years after Perry got in a separate property dispute with a group of nuns, where one nun collapsed & died during a court hearing.
Perry is suing the disabled veteran over a Montecito, California, home she purchased a few years ago.
The lawsuit stems from a dispute that started in 2020. The man had tried backing out of the sale of his home to Perry.

A judge ultimately ruled in Perry’s favour.
Perry is now demanding about $5M in damages caused by “extended litigation over the real estate sale,” according to the New York Post.
Westcott has a degenerative neurological disease and is currently in a hospice receiving “around-the-clock care.”
