Governor Otu appoints 5 into CROSPIL Board

CALABAR (CONVERSEER)Governor Bassey Otu has approved the appointment of five individuals into the Cross River State Property Development and Investment Limited (CROSPIL) Board.

This was contained in a statement by Linus Obogo, Chief Press Secretary/Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the Governor, on Tuesday, 21st October 2025.

According to the statement, Surveyor Ukama Justine Eterkang was appointed as Chairman of the Board while Barrister Ekeng Enewa Henshaw was appointed as the Company Secretary.

Hon. Ogisa Okongor, Mr Emmanuel Udono, and Hon. William Akpanke, were appointed as members.

“Governor Otu charged the new appointees to bring integrity, innovation, and professional excellence to reposition CROSPIL as a strategic driver of real estate growth and public asset value within the state,” the statement added.
