CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – The Cross River State Ministry of Education has released the 2025/2026 Examination Timetable for Primary Six Placement Examination, Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) and SS II Mock Promotion Examination.
In a public announcement signed by
Asuquo E. Amaku, Director, Exams & Certificates on behalf of the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Stephen Odey, on Tuesday, 10 March 2026, all concerned schools, administrators, and relevant education stakeholders are hereby advised to obtain and strictly adhere to the timetable.
The statement was addressed to all Coordinating Supervisory Directors of Zonal Offices, all Executive Secretaries of LGEAs, Nigeria Confederation of Principals of Secondary Schools (ANCOPSS), National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools in Nigeria (NAPPS), and Association of Primary School Head-Teachers of Nigeria (AOPSHON).
According to the timetable, Primary Six Placement Examination will hold on 3rd May 2026 from 9:00am to 3:40pm, while BECE will hold from 18th to 22nd May 2026.
Also, the SS II Mock Promotion Examination will hold from 18th May to 4th June 2026.
