CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – The Cross River Jewels, a socio-political group made up of career women, has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Governor Governor Bassey Otu, Hon. (Dr) Emmanuel Ironbar, on his conferment of an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Public Policy and Administrative Studies.

The congratulatory message which was signed by Comrade Precious Jabe Besong, Director General of the group, on Thursday, described the honour as a well-deserved recognition of Ironbar’s exceptional leadership, policy expertise, and unwavering dedication to public service.

According to Besong, the honorary doctorate, awarded by Crown University, Delaware, USA, in collaboration with the Centre for Public Service Productivity and Development (CeProd), reflects the Chief of Staff’s contributions to governance and policy advancement in Cross River State.

She further noted that the recognition should inspire others to emulate Ironbar’s commitment to excellence and service delivery, adding that his achievements symbolise dedication and passion for public service.
