UGEP (CONVERSEER) – Comrade Richard Uket a.k.a Richie Footwears was on Friday successfully inaugurated as the pioneer President of the Student Union Government (SUG) of the Federal Polytechnic Ugep (FUP).
In his acceptance remarks, Uket pledged to run an inclusive administration focused on student welfare, describing it as the core mandate of the Union.
Richie Footwears called for unity and cooperation from all students to achieve the desired reforms.
Stakeholders and students who witnessed the historic event expressed optimism that his leadership would set a strong foundation for the institution’s student politics.
