YAP Media is hiring a Community Management Specialist to execute high-impact content and campaigns for our clientele of Best-Selling Authors, CEOs, and 8-figure Business Owners. You will be responsible for writing engaging, one-of-a-kind copy and managing messages that bring our clients’ personal brand strategies to life on LinkedIn and Instagram.

As a key member of our social media team, your execution will be the voice of our clients’ brands. You’ll collaborate with strategists and designers to publish posts that position our clients as thought leaders while driving results like post engagement, audience growth, and conversions. From comments to direct messages, your words will inspire, educate, and connect with professional audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Post Publishing. Publish daily posts for clients across social channels, and ensure they are error-free and approved.
  • Post Engagement. Monitoring/responding to comments and engagement on other individual’s posts in their niche.
  • Campaign Prep & Execution. Procurement of audience lists and reviewing for accuracy/quality. Daily execution of message and invite targets, aligned with client objects. Monitoring progress when campaigns need to be pivoted.
  • Message Management. Manual responding to messages using scripts and lead tracking.
  • Reporting. Daily accurate reporting on all actions per campaign.
  • Review Client Priorities. Each week, revisit the client’s current priorities. Ensure that all campaigns are progressing as forecasted.
  • Consume Client Content. Stay up-to-date with all content created by or featuring your client. Listen to their podcasts, read their articles, and watch their appearances to ensure you understand their voice.

Results:

  • Do not allow any emails or Slack messages to sit unanswered for more than ½ a business day.
  • Internal KPIs are 100% hit each week, every week.
  • 100% of client campaign trackers are completed each week, providing actionable insights for our team.
  • 95% of client copy created by this position does not require revisions due to grammatical errors, typos, or factual inaccuracies.
  • All tasks are executed with precision and efficiency. This results in a streamlined workflow, high-quality output, and overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Able to work 8am-4am ET Monday – Friday.
  • 4+ years of social media community management experience.
  • 3+ years of organic social media copywriting experience.
  • Thorough understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.
  • Consistent. Demonstrates reliability in completing tasks on time and meeting expectations regularly. Maintains a steady level of quality and performance in all aspects of work, ensuring that deadlines and commitments are consistently met.
  • Attention to Detail. Does not let important details slip through the cracks. Able to follow instructions and delicate processes with minimal mistakes.
  • Service Minded. Demonstrates pride in providing the highest quality service to all stakeholders including clients and company team members.
  • Autonomous. Able to complete recurring daily, weekly, and monthly tasks independently without having to be reminded by other team members.
  • Creative. Actively researching new asset/copywriting trends to test for clients. Create novel, unique content for clients based on their expertise, stories, and priorities.
