- …as Calas Vegas wins Senior Carnival

CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – The results of the Carnival Calabar 2025 have been announced in all categories, including cultural, junior and senior carnivals and Kings & Queens.
The results, which were announced on Tuesday morning, 30 December 2025, saw Calas Vegas Band emerging first, while Seagull Band and Passion 4 Band finished second and third, respectively for the main Carnival Calabar.
Below are the Calabar Carnival 2025 final results:
Cultural Carnival
1st position – Calabar South
2nd position – Odukpani
3rd position – Calabar Municipality
King & Queen (Junior Category)
1st position -Diamond Band
King & Queen (Senior Category)
1st position – Bayside Band
Junior Carnival
1st position – Freedom Band
2nd position – Calas Vegas Band
3rd position – Diamond Band
Carnival Calabar (Senior)
1st position – Calas Vegas Band
2nd position – Seagull Band
3rd position – Passion 4 Band
Converseer reports that the Cultural Carnival Night of King and Queens held on 26 December, while the Junior Carnival and Carnival Calabar held on 27 and 29 December, respectively.
