LAGOS (CONVERSEER) – Popular Nigerian comic actress, Aunty Ramota, has opened up about her personal struggles with love and relationships, despite her success and popularity in the entertainment industry.
The petite entertainer, known for her humorous skits and viral performances, made the revelation during a recent interview, where she discussed her experiences with men and why she is still unmarried.
According to her, her past encounters have made her more cautious in romantic matters. She described men as being “too cunny,” narrating how she once went out of her way to support a man she loved.
“Men are too cunning. I always did what I could for him. I gave him money and bought his medications. I did everything for him. You know, suddenly he just died,” she said, expressing a mix of pain and disappointment.
Aunty Ramota explained that the incident left a lasting impact on her approach to relationships, making her more guarded despite her willingness to love and care for a partner.
During the interview, she also spoke affectionately about fellow actor Lande, openly acknowledging her admiration for his physical appearance and charisma.
“Lande is good. Let’s not lie — he is a very handsome man. He is fine,” she said with a smile.
