Delta-born Victory Oghenekparabo Akpoiroro bags First Class, emerges Best Law Graduate at UNICAL

Calabar (Converseer) – Urhobo girl Victory Oghenekparabo Akpoiroro from Delta State has emerged as the best graduating student from the Faculty of Law, University of Calabar (UNICAL).

She achieved a CGPA of 4.58, securing a First Class degree before the 38th Convocation Ceremony of the institution.

The remarkable feat places Akpoiroro among the top academic performers in UNICAL’s recent history, highlighting her discipline and consistency throughout her law program. Her First Class distinction reflects years of dedication and excellence.

Her achievement has drawn praise from peers, faculty members, and the Urhobo community, with many describing her as an inspiration to young women pursuing careers in law.

She’s amongst the 52 graduates who earned first-class honours out of 10,820 students who graduated during the convocation.
