CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – Christians have been urged to honour ministers sent by God to nurture them in the word and precepts of the gospel to reap bountiful blessings from the creator.
Apostle E. E. Ekpo, Finance Secretary of the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Akpabuyo Field, Cross River State Territory and Superintendent of the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Ikot Efio-Okon Etim Area, gave the charge in his admonition of the induction service held in honour of Pastor Inok M. Otu, District pastor of the Apostolic Church Nigeria, Ekpene Tefe District, on Sunday, 30 November 2025.
Referencing Genesis Chapter 12 verse, “And I will bless them that bless thee and curse him/her that curseth thee and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed,” he condemned anybody who fails to appreciate the servants of God due to prejudice in the body of Christ which is inimical to church growth.
The celebrant, Pastor Inok M. Otu, who was a former Councillor and Leader of Bakassi LG Legislative Council in Cross River State, in his vote of thanks at the occasion, commended Apostle E. E. Ekpo who was chairman of the event and well-wishers who attended and contributed to the success of the induction ceremony and asked God to reward them bountifully.
