BAUCHI (CONVERSEER) – The All Progressives Congress (APC) mourns the passing of a revered Islamic cleric, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, at the age of 101.
Until his passing, Sheikh Dahiru Bauchi was a devout Islamic scholar and leader of the Tijaniyya Muslim Brotherhood.
“As a leader, preacher and notable teacher of the Holy Quran, he was an advocate of peace, piety and moral rectitude. His death has created a yawning void that will be difficult to fill.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with his immediate family, the good people and government of Bauchi State and the Muslim community during this difficult time.
“May Almighty Allah grant the soul of the departed Al-Jannah Firdaus,” the APC said in a statement.
