CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – Cross River State Governor Bassey Otu has approved the establishment of the People First Complaints and Solutions Desk.
The Governor also approved the appointment of Dr Eyong Victoria Amiokama as Coordinator of the new establishment.
According to a press statement by Linus Obogo, Chief Press Secretary and Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the Governor, on Thursday, 2nd October, the People First Complaints and Solutions Desk will serve as a one-stop platform designed to collect vital feedback from citizens and government agencies, thereby strengthening responsive governance.
Meanwhile, as Coordinator of the Desk, Dr Amiokama is to ensure its effective take-off and delivery of solutions-driven service to Cross Riverians.
The appointment of Amiokama takes effect immediately.
