Minebea Intec unveils advanced MiNexx weighing indicators and floor scale

LAGOS (CONVERSEER) – Minebea Intec, a leading global provider of industrial weighing and inspection technologies, has expanded its MiNexx product family, introducing three state-of-the-art weighing indicators and the MiNexx 3000 floor scale.
The launch, under the theme “Our Innoweightion. Your Progress.”, aims to deliver improved precision, connectivity and ease of use across multiple industrial weighing processes.
The new MiNexx weighing indicators are designed to support diverse applications, from simple manual weighing and piece counting to automated filling and batch control, ensuring enhanced process reliability and seamless integration with control and ERP systems.
Each model incorporates intuitive operation features, including a large colour display and a streamlined start-up workflow, reducing operational downtime and setup time.
Cybersecurity and User Management
Addressing growing concerns about IT security, the indicators are built to meet IEC 62443 cybersecurity standards. They feature a three-level user management system that regulates access rights, prevents unauthorised changes and offers configurable user roles and password settings.

The MiNexx C indicator, specifically developed for control cabinet installation, offers flexible system integration, while the stainless steel MiNexx M and L models (IP69 rated) can be installed directly at the weighing station or mounted as required. The MiNexx L, with extended connectivity options, is particularly suited for complex networked industrial environments.
MiNexx 3000 Floor Scale for Heavy-Duty Applications
The MiNexx 3000 floor scale is engineered for demanding industrial environments, featuring a resolution of 60,000d, a load capacity of up to 6 tonnes, and a non-slip tear plate surface. Its robust, easy-to-clean design includes a hinged load plate for quick interior access, making it ideal for industries such as food and beverage, chemicals, building materials and metalworking.
